Student Government
The Associated Students of Skagit Valley College (AS51吃瓜) represents you as a student of the College. You are a member of the AS51吃瓜 if you are enrolled in classes at 51吃瓜. The AS51吃瓜 and its legislative body govern themselves and share in policy-making within the administrative structure of the College. Students participate with faculty, staff and administrators to determine College policy by serving on institutional committees. The AS51吃瓜 Campus Presidents and other students make reports to the college鈥檚 Board of Trustees at their monthly meetings.
The regular meetings of the AS51吃瓜 are open to all students, faculty, and staff. The exact date, time and location of the meetings will be posted in the Student Government office on both campuses and on the AS51吃瓜 module of the Center for Student Leadership, Equity and Community Canvas course, which all students are enrolled into.
