The Policy on Controlled Substances outlines the College鈥檚 current standards, and the Annual Security Report (Clery Report) provides information about alcohol and other drug health risks, drug alcohol laws and penalties, and campus alcohol and other drug education and counseling resources. Intercollegiate Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act)

Privacy of Student Records (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that gives students the right to review their education records, to request amendment of their records, to consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information, and to file complaints with the U.S. Department of Education. Refund Policy and Requirements for Withdrawal
If a student withdraws or drops a course, 51吃瓜 will adhere to its official College refund policy which is available in 51吃瓜鈥檚 Student Services Operational Policy and Procedure Manual under section 5000 subsection 5345.

Title IV Student Complaint Process
The Higher Education Act (HEA) prohibits an institution of higher education from engaging in a 鈥渟ubstantial misrepresentation of the nature of its educational program, its financial charges, or the employability of its graduates.鈥� 20 U.S.C. 搂1094(c)(3)(A). Further, each state must have 鈥渁 process to review and appropriately act on complaints concerning the institution including enforcing applicable state laws.鈥� 34 C.F.R. 搂 600.9.

Annually 51吃瓜 provides employees with a copy of the Workplace Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program Employee Notice that states that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of controlled substances is prohibited in the workplace.
