PURPOSE
To conform to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regarding educational records.
REFERENCES
POLICY
Transcripts of a student鈥檚 scholastic records will contain only information about his/her academic status and eligibility to continue at the college.
PROCEDURES
Disciplinary records will be kept separate from academic records and no notation of any disciplinary action will appear on a student鈥檚 transcript. Provision will be made for periodic review and routine destruction of non-current disciplinary records by the office maintaining such information.
